First subliminal self-help book. This book is a guided tour of the intricate mechanism of your thoughts, teaching you how to master it in such a way that you attract into your life whatever you desire. The message at the heart of Read Me - I Am Magical is that everything you wish for in your life already exists - in your mind, and that there is a universal law that can transform this into reality in your day to day life. Just like gravity, this law applies to everything and everyone. But what is still not clear to most people is how to put it into practice. By the time you finish reading this book, however, you will possess all the skills and knowledge you will need to master this magical law and change your life forever. The information and techniques found in this book are not taught in any school, or in any middle or higher education facility, although the author believes they should be among the very first things we learn. Now they are in your hands, you have the power to make remarkable use of them. You now have all it takes to make the magic work. Just by opening this book and leafing through its contents - without reading more than a few words - you have taken your first step to becoming an empowered creator of your world, whether you know it or not. It's not what you read that will have the most impact on you, however. It is the subliminal messages hidden in the book that make the read a truly exhilarating experience. What advertisers have been doing for decades - influencing your choices without your conscious participation - is being applied in this book - though this time, you are informed. This work provides you with life-changing insights interwoven with powerful, positive subliminal messages that flow directly into your subconscious, which does not judge and has no sense of humor. Your subconscious mind will not argue. Your subconscious mind will take this seed for granted and direct your conscious mind to grow from it a beautiful plant. Enjoy.

In awareness I liked about meditation exercises given and how to do meditation steps are given I've highlighted a lot in this book for each page paragraph and paragraph highlighted that I loved a lot I've to refer this again and again Each and every topic Especially about love Types of love, and strategies , facts everything is interesting. A lot is remaining to say about this book but unable to express Once give it a try definitely you will love it
Good introduction to positive thinking. Explains the law of attraction in detail. Also lists over 50 benefits of meditation and has various step by step guides of how to do this. Sit up, breath in deeply imagining air going into your head, exhale deeply feeling this leave in your abdomen is the quickest way to meditate anywhere. Explains the different kinds of love people have. Outlines importance of practising gratitude.
Not worth your time. The author throws together easily borrowed ideas from the wishful thinking pseudo-Buddhist school of new age self help online sourced healng stuff. None of it is a secret nor fresh. The author just cobbles together basic meditation practices and inspirational quotes and some ideas based on Hicks lectures and other half digested and half understood bromides.
Maybe there's a sucker born every minute, one who likes the calendar format? And maybe the author feels worthwhile because they sold a few copies as an indie on amazon, but it's all esoteric mind over matter magical thinking and tries to bite The Secret.
How's this for the kind of imprecise thinking that riddles the book. At the beginning is a wonderful quote attributed to the Buddha which says, "don't listen to scientists or authorities, think for yourself!" and within the first chapter the author is already telling you that meditation has been validated by... authorities such as "witches and magicians" blah blah blah. Hard pass.
The book is magical in quite a few ways; it has a good feel to it. At times, though, it felt like some parts were copy-pasted just for the sake of 'adding' and 'padding' with information that could easily be found on the web. I still loved leafing through it, it inspired some of my workshops and deepened my understanding and appreciation of quite a few concepts and practices.
