This was a great book! I learned all about Misha(Baryshnikov) and his life in Russia and in America. He is an amazing person and one of the most talented dancers in the world! Misha is such a good dancer that he gets bored easily, so he has done many kinds of dance and almost every ballet there is, and he has done other things like being an actor. Before I read this book I knew nothing about Mikhail Baryshnikov and hardly anything about Russian dancers now I know so much more!

4.5 stars is a better rating for this.
I love Baryshnikov (I have a t-shirt that says that and everything). I think his dancing is entrancing and everything about his performances make me want to watch more. So, I was really excited to read more about his life. What threw me off was that I thought I was going to get a biography, not a children's picture book. It says it fits with Middle School and High School curriculum, so I just didn't think that it would be what it was.
That being said, it was a well done book that got some of the interesting points of Baryshnikov's life onto paper.
