Some books are so impactful that you’ll find yourself returning to them time and time again, as needed—and this is one of those books. I was introduced to Joshua Giles’ teachings through a friend and was eager to dive deeper with his book, Mantled for Greatness. It connected with me on a profound level, especially as I’ve shifted my focus from pursuing my own goals and dreams to recognising that everything originates from God, who authors and directs my life story for his purpose.

I loved how Joshua shared relatable experiences and provided practical insights on achieving God-sized dreams through obedience, faith, community, and service. The book is a great guide for anyone ready to embrace their purpose.

While I really liked the narrator, I do wish it had been narrated by Joshua himself to add an even more personal touch. Nonetheless, the narration was still well done.

I highly recommend this book if you have big dreams but don’t know where to start, or if you’re seeking clarity. It’s an excellent read to kick off the new year or to reflect as the year comes to a close!

Electrifying

This book is one of the rare few that leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle the challenges ahead, as though I could run a marathon straight after reading it. It has ignited a renewed passion and determination within me to pursue everything God has placed on my heart. I felt prompted to buy this book at a very critical time in my life. Simply put, I watched my life shift in the most drastic way since beginning to read this book! It took me a while to get through due to the amazing shifts that were taking place, but I've finally finished it and I CANNOT WAIT to see what God is going to do next! The only option is UP!! Loved this book! Highly recommended! The title speaks for itself but what’s inside that you read shifts your perspective. Very timely when I picked this book to read at this time. Been reading a lot of books by this guy! But in really enjoy his writing style and it’s God breathed on too.
