Entanglement

Rate this book
“Entanglement” is a disorienting interesting novel for our present time. The story begins with the opening character asking the following What is it to be human? What does that mean? We can think of several answers, associating our relationships, conflicts and questioning existences. University students Sean, Satana, Robert and Professor Gavin live the academic life of an elite university north of Manhattan. They are friends who know each other in college and, from their common experiences, build bonds marked by the great controversial concepts still alive in the 21st century, such as socialism versus capitalism, sexual orientation, racism versus prejudice, teacher-student relationship, and philosophical thoughts and the culture. The novel is marked by the way they end up getting involved with the polemics, and with each other, in such a way that they can no longer live without each other. The action of one interferes or directly affects the other or others. Thus, from those entanglements we have quantum relations. Erwin Schrödinger, a physicist of Austrian origin, created the expression “entanglement”. Entanglement, or quantum entanglement, is studied by Quantum Mechanics. What it teaches us is that two or more objects can be so connected that a face cannot be analyzed properly without the counter face being equally affected, even though both are located in different spatial dimensions. What this book does is put the face of the human entangled in the concept of Quantum Mechanics. The reader will also experience a modern writing and description format, quite different from common sense, but no less interesting for that. On the contrary, this book is very worth reading.
