Todd has a unique way of making the complexity of the job search simple. This book is ideal for anyone who would like an easy-to-follow process to getting a new job. I especially recommend to those who have been recently laid off from a job and have not been in the job search for a while.

Todd Bermont seeks to provide a task-focused, action-oriented, and several other buzzwords approach to job hunting, and delivers.
His approach is surprisingly straightfoward, and easy to follow. He guides the reader through a series of exercises to define themselves, their skills, and their desires, and enables the reader to turn those worksheets into tools that support a successful job hunt, covering in simple steps everything from the decision to look for a job, creating a resume that will sell you well, tackling the interview, and dealing with negotiations when offered a position.
It sounds good, I don't know how well it works. When I find out, I'll have to let you know.
