It is almost inconceivable that the manuscripts reproduced within this journal were written by Marc Bolan during the spring and summer of 1968, at a time when the Tyrannosaurus Rex mythical and mystically inspired My People Were Fair And Had Sky In Their Hair But Now They're Content To Wear Stars On Their Brows album and the Debora and One Inch Rock singles were released on the Regal Zonophone label.

This is the first time these unique notes have been published as a collection and they demonstrate clearly an unfamiliar and darker side to the poet and writer's vivid imagination.
