Dr. Donald Robert Stoltz graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. For 35 years he had a large practice of Family Medicine and in 1998 he retired. Since his retirement, he has lectured on Medicine and Art across the United States. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Stoltz is also a prolific writer, poet, painter, lyricist, and avid collector of original American Illustration. He has written and illustrated several children’s books on medical subjects such as toilet training, eating problems, physician phobia, and sex education. In addition, he has written dozens of magazine articles on art and illustration and two large coffee table books on the life of the famous American artist Norman Rockwell.
