I read this for a class on forming a small business. It's an excellent resource. The layout is pretty easy to read and for a textbook, it wasn't bad. I liked that there were often 'entrepreneurial profiles' throughout each chapter and section, typically very relevant to the topic at hand. The chapter is both summarized at the beginning and end - the beginning gives you what you WILL be learning from the chapter (and should retain) and the end summarizes with more detailed blurbs and even questions.
Overall, a great book. The professor noted that he hoped we would keep the book; I know I will.
