Summary: Learned this from the school of Real Social Dynamics, and taught by Ozzie, one of the most solid PUA's on the planet. This book emphasizes getting physical as early as possible with girls, as well as, developing and focusing heavily on inner game. Abundance mentality, entering state through approaches, and overall, overcoming the pitfalls of the game such as not closing and overcoming terrible moments in the game :)

Review: I, as well as my buddy, have successfully employed many of the methods in this book. In particular, opening sets simply to reach state.

Physical game is in our repertoire, we grab, lift, spin the girls, hold them tight, and essentially use the claw to our advantage.

This allows us to bypass all that verbal-game b.s. An essential for any player, or guy simply looking to hookup, or even be comfortable around the ladies. A++

Also, there are a lot of women out there! Abundance mentality, always!

5/5 Stars!

Food for thought: The claw!

Formidable book about many basic things I'd been skipping while on the field. I had many epiphanies throughout the book, remembering all nights where I apparently did wrong or right. This book is an unfinishing resource of pullinh that bullet you were lacking of.

What I loved the most about this book is a reconsideration of learning process, something that can be extrapolated to any aspect of your life. I'm reading it again so I can take away many learnings that I wished I could write before. A must for takin you to the next level.

Pretty nice summary of the key-aspects of cold approaching.

Basically they keypoints are around:

- Why physicality is so important, and brings you further than just verbal flirt

- How to achieve the right mindset and goalsetting, that you stay motivated in the long run and avoid burning yourself.

- Goes deep into the learning curve and the importance of plateaus

- How to get away from external validation seeking.

There are great exercises you can try on your own. If you have great plateaus or sticking points, this is a great book which keeps the game simple with it's core ideas without being overhelmed.

My biggest Takeaway of the book:

- Do it while afraid. If you go back in time, most of the things which brought the most fun, where things you were afraid of.

- To win, you have to take the risk of losing.

- Don't leave too early (oh you got your validation, lets get to the next to get even more). Either you end up with her, or she is leaving.
