First of all an admission I have no idea how or why but I read this book out of sequence - not to worry although I did find a small reference to the previous book in the series which I will shortly be addressing.
This book reads like an episode of the TV series from the set action pieces to the long rolling shots of KITT speeding on open roads. If you enjoyed the TV series (and I grew up on it) then you would enjoy these books but do not expect anything more. There are no back stories or insights here just good old action and fun.
This book like the series helped define an age - as now in this day sadly there is nowhere to hide (after all maps and internet searches would blow at least 2 holes in this story)

a very good tie=in story. I found my self thoroughly enjoying the story about gun running and love. At times I didn't want to stop reading. If yiou enjoyed the show read this book.
