I'm still on my Abraham Lincoln/Carl Sandburg quest. I enjoyed reading this short bio about Carl Sandburg, a native of my neighboring Galesburg. As an adult I paid more attention to his political views than I did as a child, and now I understand better his political choices based upon helping the hard working people of our country.
this was really only a mediocre, 3-star book, but it was exactly the amount of information I wanted to read about this person, so I gave it 4 stars for being concise.
