I liked this book a lot. It could have several different uses in the classroom. The story starts out with a dog who lives in an apartment in Boston and she gets anxiety when her life changed because she moved to a house in Vermont. I think that this would be a great book to read to children who may be going through something that is making them nervous or anxious such as divorce or family issues because in the end the dog's issues passed and she was happy again. I feel like this book could help struggling children see that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. This book also used a ton of adjectives so we could do an activity with children picking the adjectives out of the book and explaining why they're adjectives.
