I'm a freak when it comes to this English method, i really liked it.
This book is loaded with fun, interesting articles, cool stories and the most important of all, packed with grammar, phrasal verbs and other idiomatic stuff and a nice listening training for ESL students. Moreover, it invites the reader to express opinions on a wide variety of subjects, making it my favorite method.
Thumbs up !

**As a side note, I used this method as a self learning tool a few years ago, even though is designed for a classroom (with a teacher) and I just got this teacher's guide, which would have been very useful at the beginning of my learning; but as this method is kind of old, it was obviously hard to find it back then, now that i did so, I just got it as a future reference.
