Short on instructions and the steps move quick. I'll have to keep this in mind when I get a steadier hand. I prefer How to Draw Cats and Kittens: A Complete Guide for Beginners; even this requires google and youtube on how to draw a straight line and a circle because I am that beginner and doing this on my own.
This is a beginner cat drawing book but not a beginner drawing book.

Our girls have really enjoyed drawing cats by following these techniques and making fun pictures. Both of our girls have been bringing home lots of drawing books from their school library and they love learning to draw new and different animals.
Bought this on a whim thinking I'd turn myself into an artist. It didn't happen. Nice, easy to follow directions, but I'm sorry, I've never been able to get the image from a bunch of circles and squares to the final drawing. Is this how artists REALLY draw??
