This is an interesting book that was clearly spirit-inspired. The words on the page are only a small fraction of the experience of reading this book. As I opened the book, it opened a connection to another world; dreams became more vivid, spiritual connection became stronger. I found reading it to be a very powerful experience.
I had to pick between this and Soul Retrieval at Powell’s last week and I picked this one because I need some fiction in my life. I enjoyed it and I found it helpful for my own medicine journey but I’ll admit that I rolled my eyes rather hard at the romance portion of the story. Now I’m not sure I’ll read Soul Retrieval despite its being THE most highly recommended title on shamanism in my lil circle of journeyers.
