Our hand-me-down The Moon in My Room board book is a little worse for wear. I think the nightlight is supposed to stay on... With our book, the nightlight turns on when you press it but doesn't stay on. So just be aware the nightlight might not work forever.

This is a perfectly nice book about getting ready for bed and not being afraid of the dark. I think there are better books out there that cover these topics.

My son had to read this every night for two years! He loved it! It was silly that it was basically about reading this book at night but since you clearly already had it it’s not like it was an advertisement. Fun little book for young kids learning to read.

Nothing like a book that actually advertises itself while you're reading it! It's a book that talks about the bedtime ritual of reading "The Moon in My Room" to fall asleep. REALLY?!
