US Army intelligence officer, Captain Harrison Fowler was so feared by the Viet Cong, the enemy issued a wanted poster for him and hung it across every village in the jungle. "This proves that I can and I will penetrate your security - yours' Threat." Threat ratchets up the stake for the ultimate payoff. By doing so, he brings the authority to the edge and then makes his demand. "The one-plus-one-plus-one at 30-1 at the Trifecta." He secures his brother's release and gets one more POW back home again.
