You know those cartoons in T he New Yorker that seem like they should be funny but don't quite hit their mark? And then you're left doubting whether or not they aren't funny or if you're simply too dull-witted to understand them? Well, these cartoons are like those, but they're actually funny. Trust me; I've never lied to you. I mean seriously, if you don't find these funny, then you probably are kind of, y'know, limited. This book is perfect for awkward situations where your internet goes out and you really have to go to the bathroom and need something to pass the time before something more entertaining is available for you to stream. Both my mom and my sister find these quite funny, and they have excellent senses of humor. My wife is on the fence on some of them, but still, two out of three Davises would heartily recommend this collection of timeless American humor. Just take a chance and buy it; it's not like Will Rogers or Mark Twain are going to be publishing anything anytime soon. And the price is very reasonable.
