Siendo la 01:07 del día de la fecha, habiendo aprobado la última materia anual de la carrera y así terminado con todas las law y todas las language, voy a tener la caradurez de marcar este libro como leído cuando no leí ni la mitad. Si hubiera seguido las lecturas obligatorias, leía mucho más que eso pero como de todas maneras las aprobé, lo damos por leído y sabido. Gracias Clarkson por explicar todo ordenadamente cuando la clase no se entendía absolutamente nada.

Was using this textbook for my business law class. The textbook was good and pretty good about explaining things. It gave real live cases but read some of them in the language of the law was SUPER annoying and hard. Had a great Professor for both Business law 1&2 which used this textbook to explain it in regular terms

For those of you looking for this textbook for a class, I found it online viewable as a pdf and also available for download for about $5 here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/103291925/B...

Unfortunately, I found it after I purchased the book for $250 and scanned the chapters that I need for my assignments. I then returned the book and was out shipping for both ways. I am hopeful that this will help at least one of you out. Message me if you would like and good luck in class!

Like any other textbook, this was very informative. I found some parts easy to understand and others a bit difficult. It's good like any other textbook to learn about this particular subject, but of course just alone reading it is not enough to really understand all these laws and concepts. One, I think, really needs to take a college course to understand this.

It was entertainung enough to read, but just like any other textbook it got dull after a while. Glad I finally finished reading it! And fingers crossed that I pass my final exam and my college course!!!

It is a good manual, clear and with good examples, well bound.
I don't like the choiche of full color coated paper: it's annoying when reading below strong lights, the color is completely useless, I think to justify the outrageous price tag.
I still can't wrap my mind around the fact that for over two hundred dollars, an electronic version of the book is not included. A book without the "search" feature in the XXI century is hopelessly obsolete.
