Sweet baby jesus this book almost took me out

What do you mean you can sell leasehold??? WHAT DO YOU MEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN??? as a civil law background lawyer this is unbelievable to me and I still don't fully grasp it

First 100 pages went like a slow, agitating scraping against my skin, the rest was a bit better since it mainly handled leasing process.

Honestly Anne tried her best so not a bad rating to her, i just hope i never see a sale and purchase (assignment???) of leasehold in my life
