A beautiful eight-year syllabus from the fine training traditions of the Russian classical ballet. A must for any dancer. Will certainly improve the form of any ballerina, particularly when paired with Vaganova's "Fundamentals...". It must be paired with instruction, as a book does very little to instruct upon posture, placement of the limbs, etc.
