Sang comes full circle as she recovers from amnesia...or does she? Her past has led her to the latency mirror, where Sang must learn to accept her true nature--even though it may be a violent one!
This is all my opinion, so please don’t be offended!! Some people may love the things I don’t!!
Title: PhD: Phantasy Degree Volume: 8 Genre: Fantasy
Plot: 4/5; Sang begins to recover from her amnesia when faced with some old friends, and is immediately thrown into a battle. She attempts to take shelter in the master tower in order for Notra and Dev to be kept from further harm, and ends up finding out more about her past from the tower guardian. She looks into the latency mirror, but who knows what she will see?
Art style: 5/5; I love it as much as I did in the first volume!
Cuteness: 3/5; There is still the vulnerability there which lends some cuteness to the story, but it was mainly battle orientated, so it wasn’t as cute as some of the other volumes have been.
Characters: 5/5; Everyone is so angry and it makes me so happy!
Relatability: 2:5; this one kind of took a nose dive because most of the events would not occur in the real world!! Yes to the humans fighting but no to literally everything else. No magic mirrors, no tower guardians, no magicians or demons.
