The Revealing: The Time Is Now

Rate this book
The suspense-filled sequel to the story begun in Nephilim and The Unholy Deception. The events in the Middle East seem to be culminating in the fulfillment of ancient prophecies found in an unpublished Dead Sea Scroll. Because of his work exposing the Antichrist, Cardinal Fiorre was murdered by alien hybrids. All his research was destroyed except for a single diskette. Former reporter Art MacKenzie and his spiritual mentor, Johanen, are desperate to try to locate it. But a fallen angel---and the organization known as the Cadre---will kill to get their hands on it.Meanwhile, escalating wars, disease, famine, and the instability of third world nations prompts a secret government think tank to move its Doomsday clock to midnight. Threatening war between a confederacy of Arab states against Israel, threads of biblical prophecy, and alien and UFO activity drive this tension-filled story to its thrilling climax.

The nephillim (fallen angels)/demonic aliens trilogy concludes with this novel. Once again, L. A. Marzulli delivers a novel that is thrilling and riveting. His characters are full blooded and memorable. The relationships are further developed and integrated into the plot. This suspense-filled sequel mainly focuses on the trio of Art 'Mac' MacKenzie, the dogged journalist turned holy warrior, Johanen, the ageless John of the bible and Elisha Ben Hassen, the Jewish scholar in a battle against the evil Cadre organization. The best new characters are Nora and Brian Fitzpatrick, a brother/sister duo who play key roles. As escalating events in the Middle East culminate in the fulfillment of ancient prophecies described in the Dead Sea Copper Scroll, the team of nephillim fighters are aided by a defrocked priest, Brian Fitzpatrick who has become a pawn in the plans of the evil Wolfgang Von Schverdt 'Hag', a Nazi officer and Azazel (Mr. Wyan), the demon. The trio must stay one step ahead of the enemy while murders, violence, wars, disease, famine, and the social unrest propels the earth toward Doomsday. Standing in their way is Azazel and his demonic forces. There are demonic confrontations, exorcisms, and violent acts in this 'End-of-the-World' novel but they add to the excitement. The climactic ending will stay with you after you finish reading this fantastic novel.

The third in a series. Very much like the first two. Very fast-paced, full of action, and lots to think about, especially as it relates to current events.

This book was a thrilling end to a trilogy, but it also left open a possibility for a sequel. The story was very entertaining and had me hooked from the beginning. It was hard to put down. You can easily identify with the main characters. A lot of character development. Very good read.
