Recommended by a banker turned bookstore owner - he said if he had read this book in his early years in banking, he would have had the courage to create new opportunities for himself beyond his wildest dreams, alas he is now retired and manages a bookstore. The book provides a general framework for individuals and small boutique firms looking to basically take over the reins of an existing business or create a business combination with several other smaller businesses to create a brand new business. It helps to understand how exactly high finance works! A must read!
