Pasha told her fiancee that she would not stray during his stay in prison. She had some great oral skills and came up with a plan to help keep her occupied. Everything was going great for her, but things started getting a little out of hand!

If you are a fan of erotica, then you definitely need to read this one! Obviously, from the title, there is a lot of deep throatin' going on! Yeah, it sure is deliciously dirty! Be ready!

I was very impressed by this book! It's the first one of Cairo's that I have read! I was on the edge of my seat and the end was shocking! I highly recommend this book! I cannot wait to read more of Cairo's books!

Ms. Pasha Willows has it all a 4K Diamond engagement ring, successful owner of a great successful beauty salon and lives in a great condo. She drives an expensive car, and is always shopping and on top of that has a handsome soon-to-be husband. Sounds like the perfect life right? But even while having all these things, Pasha desires something else, something so impossible and something so unethical. She has a deep dark secret that noone but her knows of....or does someone else know?

Pasha's soon to be husband is locked up for 5 years and before he left he clearly said to her that he didn't want her to sleep around on him EVER! Pasha of course agreed to never step out on him as far as having sex with another man is concerned. Pasha as a woman has needs so she found an alternative to crave those needs without having to exactly having to have sex with a man. She posts an Ad online for services to men. What Kind? giving blow jobs. Pasha gets tons of e-mails everyday on the services she gives, and after she finds a suitable person, she makes arrangements to meet up with them and she performs oral sex on them. What makes this more interesting is that Pasha aka Deep Throat Diva gives the best head to any guy. She has tricks that even porn stars wish they could do. Pasha has become so obsessed with this new hobby of hers that she just can't seem to quit no matter how many times she says she's gonna stop, she just never does. Then one of her late night bj's takes a tun for the worst when of the guys starts stalking and harassing Pasha because she wouldn't give him oral anymore. He makes her life a living hell and Pasha starts to get worried that her double life will soon catch up to her. And it indeed does start. Starting off with her crazy control freak of a bf she has constantly accusing her of cheating. Then the psycho who is stalking her kidnaps her from the parking lot of a mall and takes her to a place where she is forced to perform oral sex on 6 guys. Humiliated and defeated she obeys and does what she has to do. After that they dump her on the street and is found and taken to a hospital, her bf was there, supposedly sick and worried for her. At the end...all comes to light and guess who knew all along about her double life.....?

This book was filled with twists and turns, suspense, and mind blowing sex. For all the people who say that Cairo doesn't have a plot in this one...hmm you must be blind and not have been paying attention to what you were reading. This book definitely keeps you wanting more and more. If you really look into this story you will see that Pasha is exactly like Alex in: "Daddy Long Stroke" by Cairo also.

Wow! I don't even know where to begin. This book totally had me mind blown! I'm actually in shock! Any one who's into erotica/romance & drama/suspense, this book is definitely recommended! The whole time I kept saying, "This bitch....", "What the fuck is wrong with her..", "Wow, she's stupid.." ~ Her little game caught up to her & beat her ass down! I honestly didn't expect the ending to go that way, but Cairo was GENIUS! I was bothered by what she did 'cause it's totally fucked up. She's one of the reasons why bad men are the way they are. She had a good man tied around her finger, but decided to fuck around & fuck shit up for herself because of her selfishness & lack of self-control. Smh, and bitches like her are the same ones who'll complain a few years later, wondering why they can never find a good man. It's 'cause of your stupidity! Yes, I took the book seriously lol. But anyway, I do recommended it. If you can't handle a lot of sex scenes, then don't bother!

This was an excellent read. I went through many emotions, especially anger cussing out Pasha on this one....... Talk about not knowing how to quit when you're ahead. From the sultry late night creeps to the obvious set-ups DTD did not disappoint. AND in the end, all I'll say is I love surprises.

Well I'll be damn!!! Cairo did his thing with this one. Pasha was a straight beast with her throat. Had me like wait a minute and thinking I got to step my game up. I understood she was holding Jasper down and didn't think what she was doing was wrong but I swear she was getting it in. Technically she did do what he asked since she was putting in overtime in one hole versus the other. I can honestly say I thought for sure she'd have everything out of her system by the time Jasper got home. When everything stared occurring you would think she'd slow down but it seemed as if she had no care in the world. The shop scene where dude was requesting the deep throat service was too funny!!! I must say Jasper gave her many chances to come clean about anything she may have been doing and her lies finally caught up with her. Wow I surely wasn't expecting the person involved to be the one behind everything. I'm curious to who the nice dude was and things started making sense being that Pasha and only one other person knew her situation. Damn girl!!! Being a deep throat diva sure caused her some serious problems all because she neglected certain signs. Now on to the next one because ish damn sure is about to get real!

Blushing and smirking...yes the title is... just what this book is about. That being said, I was very curious as to how the author would spin this storyline. Well let's just say.... it kept my attention and had me clutching my pearls and squinting my eyes at the main character, Pasha's actions.

Pasha has a crazy and dangerous thirst for fellatio that she is forced to starve herself from, due to her man being on the inside of the walls of prison. To quench her appetite, Pasha goes to extreme measures to make sure she got her needed dietary needs.
One minute I was like girl, you better stop that now...and then I was like girl, you did that ish (with wide eyed amazement).

Beware...its pretty erotic and graphic, but has a hint of mystery and thriller undertones. Great Read.

I don't think I've ever in my life read a book with as many fellacio scenes as this! This book is not for the bible toting pearl clutchers which should be obvious by the title. I found it hard to feel sorry for the main character Pasha. She was selfish and hard headed. Why keep doing the same thing over and over when you know it's not good for you? I love that this had beauty shop drama in it. I couldn't wrap my mind around Jasper. All I could picture was some fine chocolate specimen who was dumb as hell. The ending was awesome and I always pride myself in knowing what's about to go down but this caught me off guard. I will surely be reading more books by Mr. Cairo! This was a good read.

Don’t get the title twisted like I did, initially I thought there was no way this book is titled Deep Throat Diva and it truly be about “the act” But then my lightening fast mind said wait we are dealing with the uninhibited, sexually free writings of Master Nasty Cairo. The title is ummm provocative because the story is sexually charged.

Salon owner Pasha is very successful and the delight of every man who lays eyes on her. With her man in jail doing a stint for drugs she makes a promise. Shortly after she realizes that the promise is harder then she realized. Sexual frustration consumes Pasha and her state of agitation causes her creativity to flourish. Can Pasha stand by her man while he’s away? Can she keep her promise and remain true to herself? One out of the three isn’t bad.

Well Jasper comes home after his five years down and Pasha is working very hard at trying to curb her how would you say? “appetite” (smile) before her fiancé finds out about her million dollar side gig. This review won't tell you that but what i will say is this; Deep Throat Diva moved very fast. But as you moved close to the steamy scenes you find yourself SLOWING your roll and savoring every word and fanning yourself at the same time.

I truly enjoyed this story more than I expected. It centered on a hunger for a specific sexually act. If you are not open-minded and sexually free then Pasha’s story is definitely NOT for you.

Man! I figured out part of the ending, but dang I wasn't expecting all that! It did start a little slow for me, but overall a good book.

This is a book that stays with you because it is so disturbing and the viewpoint is so unique. The erotica is well-written, but in the end, to me it was a book about abuse, and that re-framed the rest of the book's context. You like the main character, but she isn't committed to either her relationship or to ending it, and is cruel to her partner. At the end, she is severely physically abused and you're not sure if she is either murdered or stuck in an abusive relationship. It almost seems like you are supposed to feel like she has it coming to her (but I don't feel that way). Anyways, the book made an impression. It's a topic worth thinking about, and it comes from a unique perspective I don't really find a lot normally in other books that I read, but I am not sure I would want to read it again. If it weren't for the erotica, it almost seems like a book club book, because it would get people thinking.

Wow!!!! This book contains adult themes so full disclaimer if you aren't 18 or older I wouldn't recommend. I really enjoyed this book! It covered everything from prison sentences, unprotected sex, rape, domestic violence and stalking! Whew!

The story begins with the main character busy on her adult hookup website looking for men ready and willing to get topped off for the night...WHILE her man was doing a 4 year bid in the penitentiary!!! Good grief was Posha dumb as ever!!!! She got too comfortable with her lifestyle and her great oral skills got her a stalker and a beat down thanks to her man. This was a crazy book and had me on my toes waiting for the next part from the time I started the book!!!

Whoa!! This was a wild ride. Overall good book, good character development. Would get a 5 star but the person narrating made the book so annoying. It was a hard listen with the lack luster voices and making characters sound like a southern slave stereotypes.The other reason for bot getting a 5 star is because of the flow. Why this writer broke up an interesting polt point to discuss her head game was beyond me. Why was that in the beginning when she discussed teaching herself how to provide pleasure. It just threw that whole chapter off. Overall the plot was great and the ending left me with questions which is good for leading people into the 2nd book where hopefully we will get answers

Oh, my fucking gosh. I didn't see this one coming - Jasper really meant when he told Pasha that if she fucks around that he would definitely teach her a lesson. Jasper went to prison for 4 years and while in prison his fiance was on the street sucking all the dicks that she could get her hands on. After Jasper got out from prison he found out what Pasha was doing and set her up to kidnap and suck about 7 different dicks and then beat her up and left her in a park. An early morning jogger found her and called 911. This book is in need of a sequel 2.

It’s a lot.. not for everyone. A lot. I read it without reading anything about it and I was extremely surprised.

Please be mindful of the many many triggers in this book. S/A D/V, a lot of slurs used, and frankly the terminology used I would also add that the target audience would be black people. There’s a level of cultural understanding that plays into getting into the plot.

It is extremely well written. I had to take breaks a few times because it was too stressful and hectic for to go through it in one go.

The character development of the main characters is impeccable. It’s a slow and steady process to see how layered they are, how we can connect to them in different ways.

It’s a good book, difficult to read, and not what is expected at all in my opinion.

Cairo's "Deep Throat Diva" introduces us to Pasha Willow. Pasha is the owner of the most chic hair salon in town. By day, Pasha is a talented well respected businesswoman. But once the sun goes down, Pasha takes on a whole new persona; one that not even her closest relatives and friends have an inkling of.

Jasper, Pasha's fiancé', is doing a four-year stint in prison. Pasha faithfully holds her man down, waiting for the day when he comes home. Meanwhile, Pasha comes up with an activity that eases the boredom in her hum drum life. Her new hobby brings thrills and risks. Oddly enough, the potential danger ends up turning Pasha on.

Cairo takes us on a wild ride as Pasha navigates through the streets and encounters seedy individuals and dangerous situations. In her travels, Pasha comes in contact with someone who obviously has a grudge against her. He has repeatedly threatened Pasha. Even with an enemy hot on her heels, this still doesn't stop her reckless behavior. Once Jasper comes home, it brings her activities to a grinding halt because he watches her like a hawk and Pasha has no choice but to cool her heels. Pasha needs to keep her past deeds secret, which is becoming more and more difficult each day because wherever Pasha turns, trouble seems to follow. Jasper repeatedly warns Pasha there is going to be hell to pay if he finds out that she's not totally honest with him about the strange goings on as of late.

I absolutely loved "Deep Throat Diva." It had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I just couldn't read it fast enough. Is Pasha going to get her life back on track? What will Jasper do if he discovers Pasha's past exploits? These and other questions are answered; complete with an ending that is so unpredictable it will blow the reader away. Cairo has done a superb job. I was so impressed I am going to read all of his other work. I have to give Cairo a pat on the back for a job well done.

Deep Throat Diva by Cairo is the story of Pasha Willow. From the outside looking in Pasha seems to have it all; a successful business, a nice condo and let us not forget she is gorgeous. Most men drool over her bodacious body and other women look on in envy wishing they could look or be like her. Unfortunately for those men, Pasha is taken. She is engaged to a man that has been serving time behind bars for the last four years but he is soon to be released.

You would think Pasha would be excited that her man is coming home but she is anything but. She is nervous because she has been keeping a secret from him. See Pasha has kept her word to her fiancé about not screwing another man. He never said anything about oral sex though and Pasha is known around the way as a deep-throat diva. If her fiancé were to find out what Pasha has been up to, she knows the outcome will not be good. Little does Pasha know he is not the only one she should be worried about.

Deep Throat Diva by Cairo is a very explicit and sexual read. This book should have a stamp on the front cover, PARENTAL WARNING: Explicit Content! The title of this book is self explanatory and it is very graphic in detail. Some parts were a little too graphic and read like a poorly directed porn movie. It was also a bit repetitive. Overlooking the sexual content, the story itself was repetitive with the back and forth between the fiancé and Pasha it was beginning to become annoying. Overall, the story took on a twist that I did not see coming until the very end. If you are looking for a graphic sexual read, this book is for you!

Pasha Willow is a very beautiful, successful woman with EVERYTHING going for her - she is the owner of a very successful beauty salon named Nappy No More, she can buy whatever she wants, has a condo that rivals some millionaires and a man that she loves and he loves her! But when her husband to be Jasper is locked up for 5 years she runs into challenges! Pasha is a VERY, VERY sexual woman but Jasper has told her that if she cheats on him, he will kill her - AND HE MEANS IT!!!!! In the meantime while waiting on Jasper to complete these long five years, Pasha has to come up with something to calm her raging sexual desires!!!!!

Fast-forward to when Jasper has completed his time and is home for good, Pasha is having trouble stopping her dark secret that has been sustaining her while Jasper was locked away. But as they say "what's done in the dark will ALWAYS come to the light" and when her past is catching up with her, how will she ever be able to keep her secret from Jasper?!?!?!?

Deep Throat Diva is definitely not for the light-hearted. It has VERY ADULT content but it also will have you on the edge of your seat!!!!! The flow of the characters and the high-energy that the storyline has will have you sitting up all night to finish this book!!!!

Cairo is an excellent writer and this is just another example of his talents! I would suggest this book to any person who can handle the content, it is an excellent read!

Well, oh me, oh my!!! It isn't too often that I am shocked by a storyline, but Deep Throat Diva had me in a state of awe! Pasha is trying her best to stay faithful to her man that is in prison, and she believes she has found a loophole in what is considered cheating. In her brain, if it is only oral sex and there is no penetration then she isn't cheating. Insert a WTF and a blank stare here!!!!

"So I already recognize what the outcome will be if he ever finds out about my indiscretions. Yes, I still choose to dance with deception, regardless of the outcome."
To say Pasha is off the chain is putting it lightly. Her boyfriend is obviously not someone to mess with, he is in prison for goodness sake but that doesn't stop her. She thinks she is being extra sneaky by finding hookups online and using aliases. Silly girl!

Deep Throat Diva is not a book for prudes and/or uptight people. The good thing about this book is while it is definitely erotica there are some elements of action and suspense. I look forward to reading part two!!!

This is my second time reading this book, but it's been years so I didn't remember much. Now that I've read it again, I remember why I only rated this a 3. I have to keep in mind that this book was written by a man some years ago and that even in the early 2000s women thought differently and tolerated things that a lot of us wouldn't today. Everybody in this book was a hot mess with almost no redeemable qualities. I like to have at least one likable character in the fiction I read. It was entertaining enough though and smutty books like this help me get through slumps.
