It’s a double entendre. Ho- in hoetry also notes to ho-tep(hotep) demonstrating the intellectual and esoteric side that explains the healing, empowerment, enlightening, spiritual side, and mental fortitude needed to endure this whole ho a** world we live in that has inevitably hoe'd us all.
