It was kismet to find this book in my Little Free Library recently. I’ve been negotiating for months on a business matter where there is a squirrel at the table. I’ve had to fight back my response to snap my fingers saying “Focus! Let’s try to focus here!” I hope ACORN improves my challenging interactions with people.

Simple and effective. I've had the pleasure of watching Pat present in person several times, and each time I learn and retain something new from the same framework.
