This new edition of the classic book on time and motion studies, features the most up-to-date coverage of modern manufacturing processes, work design, and productivity improvement available. With the latest on technology and human factors, coverage of a wider variety of operations, more examples of motivational management approaches, and increased emphasis on predetermined systems, this work is sure to remain the authority in its field.
I've taught out of this book--and while it does have a lot of good information, it could be written clearer for undergraduate students, and add a chapter on process mapping specifically for work measurement.
