即兴真实人生

一人一故事剧场（Playback Theater）是一种即兴表演形式。在一人一故事的演出中，观众会讲述自己那些平凡或不平凡的故事——梦、回忆、幻想、不幸、欢乐，演员会即兴将这些故事表演出来，让真实人生的浮光碎影以立体全息的方式一一呈现。

传统观念中，我们对戏剧的印象一直停留在那些拥有剧本的伟大的经典剧目。而事实上，在传统的文学剧场之外，甚至在文学剧场之前，一直还有一个更直接、更个人、更谦卑、更接地气的剧场，它源于人类对彼此联结的永恒需求，通过美学仪式展现出来，正如“一人一故事剧场”，用真实呈现着我们生而为人的意义。

从20世纪70年代开始，一人一故事剧场从美国传播开来，得到英国、法国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、丹麦、德国、芬兰、意大利等60多个国家和地区的推崇。如今，它将对生命故事的赞颂带入了中国，唤起了中国人在飞速发展的经济洪流中停下来聆听、疗愈与彼此尊重的需要。

《即兴真实人生》是一人一故事剧场创始人Jo Salas的作品，业已翻译成德语、日语、西班牙语、意大利语、中文，畅销于几十个国家……整本书以说故事般生动的语言讲述了一人一故事的起源、发展、形式、要领，以及服务的对象等。这本20周年中文纪念版更新了故事、图片，以及部分章节，同时还获得作者授意，精选了几篇中国区本土实践等资料，供中国区读者参考。

I read this book at just the right moment. I’d done about 2 months of rehearsal with a playback group and loved it. For someone with a small amount of experience, this book provides a quick background on philosophy, values, structure, ritual and opportunities associated with playback theater.

It's very hard to give a rating to what is meant to be half memoir, half factual description of what Playback Theatre is, without ever having experienced Playback Theatre myself. I found it a very interesting read, and am intrigued enough to try out the experience if the opportunity ever presents itself. The book was a clear and easy read, though a touch repetitive and the tone occasionally dry, in spite of the author's career in storytelling and theatre.

Плейбек театр -- театр импровизаций, в котором актеры слушают истории зрителей и немедленно их инсценируют. Книга "Improvising Real Life" -- краткое введение в принципы и техники работы таких театров, написанной одним из основателей этого направления. Автор убеждена, что не просто вся жизнь театр, а каждый человек -- сцена, на которой происходят драмы. Плейбек театр наделяет такие драмы достоинством произведения искусства, того, к чему стоит приглядываться.
