This is one textbook I will cherish for a lifetime simply because it is the most relevant piece of literature that I own that pertains to the immeditate economical/corporate/business/financial world around me. Some parts definitely should have been taught in high school (i.e. income, budgeting, debts, loans, etc.), but most important is that people at any age will eventually learn and need this knowledge. The textbook was clear and easy to understand. I learned in-depth information about different banking/saving/investing accounts all the way to learning about investing and the value of our dollar in the midst of our fast-paced market economy. There was a nice balance between personal finance and economics topics, much of which I appreciated and remembered from high school economics. I would definitely recommed this text specifically to anyone interested on the topics within or who needs some buffing up or guidance navigating the financial world.
