Disregarding all the cute doggy photos, this is a very generic book about holiday traditions, with a main focus is on Christmas. Even though the opening page mentions Kwanzaa and Hanukkah there are no pages with dogs telling about traditions tied to those holidays, instead the book skips ahead to New Year's and even Chinese New Year, which can happen anywhere from late January to late February.
