I really like this cookbook. Very detailed, clearly laid out recipes with big, color photos at every step of the way. Not a lot of alternative recipes (like gluten-free or dairy-free) and not a lot of vegetable recipes, but this is still a book I'd like to purchase. The recipes are laid out and written in such a way that a child could make them with little to no help from an adult. And my very picky 12-year-old was even inspired to try some new things (miraculous!) For that reason alone, this is a book worth owning! :)
