The book was an easy read. The author says that a leader who has fallen in to some sin or disgrace that disqualified him/her from their position can be restored to full functionability, and futher, even better than before. I wonder?

If you have experienced a similar mishap in your life, it would be a good read. Encouraging, but also challenging. Restoration, according to Baldwin, is not easy, but worth it.
