A fantastic collection of primary sources. I was assigned this book for a class. Will definitely keep it for future projects. Whether one is an academic, student, or simply wishes to know more about the history of relations between the USA and Latin America, I recommend this book.

I feel this book could have had more primary sources "from below," aka from non-state entities throughout Latin America to provide a better balanced account of U.S. policy towards Latin America.
