This pocket-sized book is full of short vignettes about changing your attitude. What I like about it is the casual tone Rabbi Twersky takes, sharing little tidbits from his personal life. It's a fast read and much of the advice will resonate and stick with you. Recommended

While this book is short and is a quick read, there was not enough in-depth analysis of the issues discussed in the book. However it does provide quick ideas that may be useful.
