The Adventure of the Six Napoleons, is about a man who has hidden a valuable black pearl inside a Napoleon's Bust.

The Gloria Scott, is about the father of Sherlock Holmes friend who in the past committed a robbery crime and was sent in a ship to Australia. During the trip there is a mutiny to which he is made part of it. After surviving he and his friend change their names and tried to forget this past. But suddenly a man show up and scare to death to this pearson.

I like this stories. Easy to follow and the idea of having the clues at the end make the opportunity to discover what was Sherlock Homes reasoning to solve the mystery.

While these quick recaps don't have the dept of Story the originals do they are fabulous read-alouds with kids and keep us amused and thinking.
