The quotations comprising Helping Words are texts selected from Grail Foundation Press' Forerunner Book Series--Lao-Tse, Buddha, and Zoroaster, as well as forthcoming titles that offer strengthening words from Christ, Moses, Krishna and others. They are meant to speak to the human spirit when in need of withdrawing from everyday life for relaxing, or when weaknesses, faults, and suffering require internal reflection. Helping Words offers fifty-two insightful quotations, giving readers the opportunity, in all simplicity, for incorporating the value of the words into their lives. The Forerunner Book Series came into being in the early 1930s in connection with In the Light of The Grail Message, and its author, Abd-ru-shin (Oskar Ernst Bernhardt, 1875-1941).
