Nie wiem, jak to ocenić. Nie było złe, autor na pewno jest konsekwentny w prowadzeniu postaci. Miałam trudności z postacią wilkołaka, który był... hmm... może nie głupi, po prostu miałam wizję tępego osiłka, który idzie przez życie rozbijając się łokciami i dają w zęby każdemu, kto krzywo na niego spojrzy. Naprawdę pasował bardziej do więzienia, niż wolności. Wampir Maddox jest starożytny, z pewnymi zasadami, typ arystokraty, do końca nie wiem co widział w Willu. Dużo bardziej lubiłam postacie poboczne wampira Loriena i jego wilkołaka. Nie potrafię czytać o kanibalach, po prostu nie i już. Tutaj posiłek Willa ani mnie ziębił, ani grzał, nie mogłam tego poczuć, może to i dobrze. Właściwie cała seria była na zasadzie, przeczytałam, zapomniałam, co rzadko mi się zdarza w książkach o wampirach, które po prostu lubię.

Wonderful and Interesting
This book has some interesting things that happened. I thought it would go one way and it totally went another. Where I was not liking characters, I turned to having sympathy for them. To live a life of forever, looking for something but never knowing what it was, is just sad. But then all of a sudden you find yourself feeling and being possessive and concerned and wanting to protect a young fledgling. This is what happened to Gideon, Maddox’s Maker. All the while Maddox and Will are trying to save their love and their lives. As well as Lorien and Henry. Two Vampires and two Wolves couple, Maddox a Vampire with Will a Wolf, Lorien a Vampire and Henry a Wolf and pack master, have to survive Gideon’s torturous things because Vampires only should be mated to their same kind and he couldn’t understand what they, Maddox and Lorien, see in the Wolves, Will and Henry. This could have been just a little better than what it was but overall I still give this a 5 star ⭐️ rating. The wonderful part of it all is finding love. Someone who never experienced it before now finding it. 💜

a fitting end
Wow! This series has been quite an adventure. I love love and I love Maddox and Will and the way they love each other. There were quite a few surprises in this story. The way things ended in the previous book was pretty disheartening but some things didn’t end there. No loose ends (give or take a kitten), some face time with my second favorite vampire/wolf couple, Lorien and Henry, and more dynamism and character development than I would have ever expected from an immortal. I have immensely enjoyed every book in this series and I’ll miss these characters, but this was truly a sweet tale with a beautiful and satisfying ending. With each story I’m more deeply convinced of the brilliance that is Loki Renard. This story was so well written and unpredictable and moving. It was like poetry. Truly wonderfully done!

We find out what is to come of Maddox, Will, Lorien and Gideon. This story had me on the edge. It takes a lot to break through to Will. He was hurt and felt abandoned by Maddox. For Mad, he had his work cut out for him. But he was able to get his boy back. Lorien and Henry were always there for each other. So for them, it wasn’t too difficult. Lora Candy, well you will find out when you read the book. Carter, Mad’s fledgling and Will half-brother is acting like a rock star. And Gideon actually learns something about himself and I believe comes to understand Maddox more then he thought. Everyone actually goes through a change. Forgiveness and love, trust and hope is all wrapped up. I have to say, I was surprised during a few things and heartbroken in others. I am glad how it ended.

Oh NO, say it ain't so 😄. I've been thoroughly addicted to this series and hopelessly in LOVE with all the characters, so I'm hoping that more will be written eventually 😉! Thanks again Loki, I read this story in just 3 hours, cuz it soooo great, please🙏 write more 🤓.

WICKED LOVE!
What's better than a wolf and a leach falling in love? Subterfuge, villains, lots of blood and rendered flesh eaten raw! Oh and let's not forget some really f*'#'"d up dysfunctional parenting!!!! If you get off on any of these with a side of discipline then this is definitely the series you'll want to read... ENJOY, I KNOW I DID! 😝😜
