While it was a bit on the light side, I enjoyed it a lot in conjunction with a Fit Challenge I was doing. It allowed me to really take note of what my true values/goals were and how that was lining up with how I was spending my time. I found my life isn't reflecting what I value all that much. SO now I can make a few changes to my daily schedule that do reflect the life I want to have instead of the life I was plugging along through! I would recommend it to anyone who needs to take stock of themselves and their goals...we all need to do that every year or so anyway if we are to live authentically to our true selves!!

Started off with some reflections that help put things in perspective. When comes to the "suggestions" chapters, it was the usual formula - make time for yourself, your husband, your kids, your friends, your job.... Never quite gets past the classic problem that there's one of you and 24 hours in a day!

I had this one on my list for awhile. And while I can't say I loved it, I have to say that I'm glad I own it. I find it's one of those books that's good to pick up once in a while and read a chapter or two.

I didn't think this book contained anything "new" nor did it inspire me to do those things I know I need to do.
