Out for a walk on her fist evening of her holiday in Norwich, England, Kamryn finds herself literally knocked on her butt by a gorgeous hunk of a man named Algar. He is quick to apologize when he helps her to her feet, and holds her hand a little longer than necessary, but he still reluctantly rushes after the man who he had been chasing. Kamryn returns to her hotel, sure she won't see him again.Algar quickly takes down the werewolf sired by Fenris the wolf, in the hopes of finding the woman he'd knocked over before she disappears. After following her scent, only to come to a dead end at the hotel's elevator, he plans to return in the morning to wait for her to put in an appearance. When she does, he finds she stirs his wolf as much as she stirs his body.Certain she is the woman meant for him, meant to be forever claimed by an immortal werewolf warrior, he knows he can't let her go, even if she comes to fear what he is.

What Is It About:
Kamryn is an American on holiday in England. She manages to get knocked down by Algar while he's chasing a werewolf. Algar is the second in command of the "good werewolves" that were created by Tiw to fight the eternal war against Fenris and his bad werewolves to prevent the end of the world. Kamryn is Algar's mate and this is discovered by Fenris' werewolves who will use her against Algar and his men.

What I Liked and Didn't:
Gee, doesn't that plot sound vaguely familiar? That's because it's the exact same plot as the first book! Plot-wise, almost completely identical except for Algar running into her body, not her car. Plus Kamryn also had a harder time accepting the whole werewolf thing, which made her more realistic. Again, the book was too short so there was no suspense or build up of the relationship. If anything, the relationship in this book was actually worse that the first book. The relationship was shorter and had less conversation than the first book even though there wasn't much in that one to begin with. Character-wise, there is no difference between Algar and Raed, they talk the same and have the same personality. It doesn't really help with the idea that this book and the first are identical if they heroes are identical too. With Kamryn, I wouldn't say that she's identical to Lexi. I'd say she's stupider (excluding the freaked out reactions to werewolves which is an understandable reaction). Oh yes Kamryn, please get into the car of someone you've literally just met because he's attractive, I mean it's not like attractive and charming people can be serial killer, oh wait that's exactly how Ted Bundy was described after killing multiple women! Sigh, so obviously not a fan.

Final Thoughts:
Considering that I'd read this originally four years ago, I didn't expect such a drastic change from a three star rating to a one star rating. It might have made it to two stars if not for it being a copy and paste of the first book but with different names.
Would I recommend this? Hell no, I have no idea what I must have been reading to give it a three star rating.
Will I be carrying on the series? Yes, not because I want to but because I refuse to leave them at three stars considering that I'm liking this series less and less the further I go.

I'm going to have to DNF this one. Heroine is a completely clueless TSTL woman. A strange man knocks you down, sniffs you and runs off into the night and you're turned on by his accent? Oh wait! The next day he shows up at your hotel and that doesn't set off alarm bells? Heck no - we'll just get in a car with him and have a rockin' good time on the town!

Why can a great looking guy follow me like the hero did with the heroine? I really liked the story.
