Absolutely amazing book! Extremely helpful in terms of dealing with eating disorders with God's strength instead of one's own strength.

Great! Author has experience with eating disorders and is a minister.

This book was more of devotional for me. Read slowly so I could absorb the information.

Would be good for anyone experience eating issues. Or for groups as a study book.

Lots of verses to reflect upon.

Inter-varsity, youth groups, could use a study book!
