This is an easy-to-navigate book full of short chapters on how to live a healthier lifestyle. In the future I'll keep this handy to jump start my fitness whenever I slide off track. I learned a lot of new facts, was reminded of others, and gained new insights into still more (for example: walking in the outdoors counts as time spent in meditation -- always nice when one activity can do double-duty for your health).

I skimmed through this, most of which seems pretty obvious; but I did find about 5 sections or so to be especially helpful.
