Very interesting. The book provided many new perspectives and broaden my mind in many ways.
This is definitely one of those books I'd have to come back to and re-read later in life to get the most out of it.

I “guess?” this is a good to-do guide to find a rich husband. But way outdated.

This is a book about how to get the rich man. This is not a book for the supposedly "happy ever after" and all the dangers that you could encounter.

Positive takeaways:
- You assign a value to what you have to offer either way. If you're not conscious about that, you probably let other people treat you in whatever way you want.
- Actionable steps

Negative:
- Pure manipulation: if you marry him you should act out a weakness or bad behaviour from time to time (every 6-18 months), so that he doesn't get bored and wants to fix you. Marriage is hard enough, with enough conflicts etc. I dare to say that all the "interesting conflict" will come by itself and doesn't need to be staged.
- No hint to the dangers: If you date rich whithout having your own ressources, you have no way to defend yourself. Period. Epstein is a name. There are countless other horror stories out there. He doesn't even have to be a bad person. It's enough that he is hurt in his ego after a breakup and in the spur of the moment decides to ruin your reputation, workplace or whatever with his money and connections. Try to recover from that.

If you want to get a rich man, that's quite easy, if you're willing to do anything and everything. But actually belonging there, being able to protect yourself and keeping that man is a different story. These type of books always make it seem so easy. But I there say there is more to the reality than what is written in this book alone....
