First Off. I'm going to say "I was totally mislead and caught off guard with this short-erotica"
Before buying the kindle version,I read the synopsis on GoodReads.It made me to believe, the plot of the story was a young woman named Raelie Woods, who is a submissive and looking for a Dom.In the meantime she gets the chance to fill in as Bryce Caldwell’s executive assistant, she decides some subtle seduction is needed to see if he dominates the bedroom the same way he does the office,so okay the woman is out to seduce her boss hopefully she's everything she ever wanted in a Dom....................Soooooooo.....I have no issues reading short erotica stories/novels on BDSM,I prefer them light but I still read them,I like my Smut every once in a while.

I'm gonna admit,it was actually hot and steamy to the point where my hands were glued to my ereader that's how sweaty my palms were.LOL! It was that good.Till however,after reading 8% of it, I was completely baffled!
Here's somewhat on my view what the book was about. In my personal view,I think us readers should know more along the lines of what they're reading before purchasing a book. So I was little disappointed.
Raelie Woods has been searching a while for the perfect Dom. She finally gets the opportunity to take up on a temporary job for a Mr.Bryce Caldwell as his executive assistant,while his former secretary is away on her honeymoon. Raelie, watches how he runs his office and comes to realize Bryce might be that strong Dom shes looking for. She sets out to throw signals that she is interested in him.On the other hand Raelie doesn't realize Bryce has been eye balling her as well,and he too is looking for a woman who is submissive enough that hand handle and take what he dashes out.He's just hoping she's willing to fetch and endure it.
HERE'S THE CATCH,that wasn't mentioned. MENAGE'!!! Bryce is the head boss,but he has two partners he also works with Morgan and Billy. They all want in what Bryce is after and none of them don't mind sharing. Really? Sharing? In my eyes that should always be a woman's decision.That wasn't what Raelie was looking for,she just wanted that one man to dominate her. But just like when I was reading it,I couldn't help but love Bryce,so she just wanted to do whatever he asks to keep him.
In the meantime everything happens all in a flash. All on a Thursday afternoon.Raelie gets caught taking photos of her girl parts on the copy machine. Bryce pulls her into the office to discuss why she would do something like that. Than asks her "How should he handle the situation?" She says "Punish Me" Okay,it gets steamy for a while after that.LOL! I sorta didn't mind Morgan getting a little show what the girl was capable of. It was the third guy that rubbed me wrong.I didn't like Billy at all and how he treated her like a piece of Bryce's property he can man-handle at a given time and no one can do nothing about it.
Well,Raelie's plan,to seduce her sexy formidable boss worked out just great! She just got more to the package then she wanted. LOL! We get to read up on Light BDSM,along with multiple partners and a long life with permanent Dom's.Yup! She was such a good submissive,they just had to keep her.
All in all it's a good novel for those of you who don't mind reading "sharing multiple partners" That's not my kink and If I would have known I would have never purchased it. Which I really wished it were just Raelie and Bryce,because this story would have had the potential to make me jump in a cold shower.LOL!!

Another Hawt Whycked read!
Raelie has been doing everything to get her boss' (Bryce) attention. She feels he is the one that can truely be her Master, who can dominate her and fulfill the emptiness inside. Bryce is hesitant to approach Raelie (his secretary), not sure if she is able to understand or accept his perversions...he likes to control, and he likes to share with his long time friends Billy & Morgan.
I enjoyed this book up to a point. The sexual tension between Raelie and Bryce while they were trying to feel each other out was verra hawt. I didn't care so much for the ordering her to have sex w/his friends. A menege is fun, but this felt a little forced. If you are looking for D/s with romance, I didn't find it so much here, so it may not be the book for you.
Still a steamy read...

This book is filled to the brim with erotic desire. Ms Devlin knows how to pull the reader into a story. You've got it all. A submissive, master, mutiple partners, & toys. What more could you want? I could not stop reading this book. No would not; till the end. It was that enjoyable to read. The only thing I didn't like when I got to the end was I wanted more. Maybe she will write another story to continue with this one.

A dirty, raunchy, quick story, just 80 pages. I have read many books by this author and they are always highly erotic. It has a story, which is mainly about having sex. She is the temporary secretary to the big boss, he wants to dominate her and she wants to be conquered. He is the big honcho and he shares her with his two partners.

Hot! Hot! Hot! Great "Secretary/Boss Fantasy" fodder for your imagination. Bryce is about as Alpha as you can get. The sexual tension between him and his new secretary keeps the plot moving along, as each discovers their boundaries. Be sure to stock up on batteries next time you buy stationary supplies!

I love Devlin's writings and Pleasing Sir does not disappoint if a bit shorter than my preferred story format. As expected there is a raw sensuality to it in this office BDSM tale with an emphasis on the D/s. But you probably figured that out from the title.

I liked this. It was the right amount of pages for this story. I found nothing wrong with it. What I liked. She was strong, and gave as much as she got. The right woman, Bryce shares her with his 2 circle buddies. Nothing wrong with that. The story flowed nicely.

Quick, hot read - very good! Raelie sets her sights on her boss Bryce, even though her other boss Morgan is the flirt that every girl says yes to, she is holding out because she wants forever, not a fling. When his PA leaves for her honeymoon, Morgan sends her to Bryce to fill in and her teasing campaign begins, and seems to be working. Through a series of events, we see the evolution of the relationship of Raelie and Bryce, and learn more about Bryce's kinks as he introduces Raelie to them heading to the their final HEA.
Some people seem to think this is a menage, but it isn't really, just a man who likes to share and needs a woman who doesn't have a problem with that part of him. Bryce shares but it is made perfectly clear that she is Bryce's alone and he makes her decisions.
It was a good read, it went quick and kept my attention, I wanted to see what Raelie would do next and how Bryce would react, or what Bryce would ask Raelie to do and what she would do. Parts of their past were revealed in these interactions, but seamlessly weaved into the story, so it didn't seem forced. Interesting characters and a not so predictable story, very good!

Would have liked more....but, isn't that always the case!
I disagree with the review stating Raelie was topping from bellow. I thought Raelie had set her sights on the one she wanted and did not want to do anything to derail that effort. Raelie complied with all that was asked of her but, her little bits of rebellion were warranted, I thought. She seemed to just be seeking reassurance from her Sir and I get that.

I was really looking forward to this story but it fell flat for me.
I didn't like Raelie. She was bratty and not in a good way. I was also disturbed because there was no talk of limits, safe words, safe gestures for when she was bound and gagged. This really bothered me because they didn't know each other, not really.
I think I would have liked it more if these things had been taken into account.

This is a novella length story, short and kind of sweet. Raelie has had a taste of the BDSM scene, and she is convinced that her boss would make a great Dom. She works hard to seduce him and finally gets his attention. What she hadn't expected was that he likes to share with his friends.

This was a short story. I wish it was a bit longer though. I liked most of the story, and while I'm not squeamish about ménage books at all, it was a surprise in this book and didn't really fit in this story to me. Especially the third partner, Billy. but if you are looking for a quick, hot, dirty BDSM ménage book set with a boss/secretary; this is for you.

Though I liked the basic concept behind this book, it was a bit disjointed. I also would've enjoyed knowing more about the main characters and was left wondering about motivation. I definitely like Delilah Devlin's paranormal series better but it was worth the quick read.
