I decided not to fully read this book - very boring and quite redundant. Several good ideas are presented but for me a quick read of Part One and then skimming the headlines and opening sentences of the rest of the book, while also reviewing the diagrams, proved sufficient for my interests.

Must read for every marketing professional, and for people who work with marketing professionals.
