I like short stories, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this is a book of shorts. Some take place on other planets, others on a post-apocalyptic Earth. The writing is clear and concise, and the descriptions (not overdone) paint the scenes so well you can see them.

I'd definitely recommend this book to others who enjoy s/f shorts.
