Great book-I loved the way the author used the game of pool to illustrate two entirely opposed philosophies of life-that of the worker/perfectionist and that of the pleasure seeker/hedonist.

A fairly random subject but for those interested it gives a really good account of the history and social aspect of pool throughout history and all the characters, players and hustlers associated with the game. Great detail on Fats and especially Mosconi- their complete contrasting characters made it a good book and even better rivalry
