Arthur: The Legend

Arthur, une épopée celtique #1-2

by David Chauvel, Jérôme Lereculey (Illustrator), Jean-Luc Simon (Colourist)

These were sombre days for the Brythons, inhabitants of the island of Britain, the people who called themselves the Cymry. The collapse of the Roman Empire saw the demise of the legion stranglehold inflicted on the Isle of the Mighty. But in place of the Romans came the Saxon menace and their lust for Brython lands. This was a threat vigorously repelled by the Brython Son of Destiny, chief of the lords of Britain, protector of the island, whose name resounds loudly through history and legend: ARTHUR
