I use this cookbook the most out of all my books. The benefit of preparing these 30 minute meals (besides the time savings) is that the recipes usually call for less ingredients and therefore cost less. Most of the recipes are written for 2 people serving size, which is a major plus. I mostly use the chicken and fish sections, but there are some real gems in the veggie section as well.
