MP3 CD Format My blood was just the beginning of their love, lust, and eternal loyalty.
With the help of the four sexy Banner cousins, Elle has learned to accept the supernatural . . . and so much more.
Her love grows stronger with each touch, kiss, and when they feed off her. Elle's blood not only gives the four gorgeous men strength, it's helping to seal their supernatural bond between her and her vampires.
Except one. Cole Banner has changed entirely, and Elle knows she has to win the final vampire over in order to seal their bond. A bond that will give them the power to take on their powerful enemy.
With Cole finally coming around, a new problem arises leaving everyone in confusion. Elle's father is not who anyone expected, and now the tables are turning as a new enemy advances on the five.
Will Elle and the four Banners seal their bond? If they do, is their love and bond more powerful than an ancient enemy that can tear them all apart and destroy their love for each other?
Raylin Marks is the author of steamy romance and fun adventures!! Her love and passion for writing is purely driven to help introduce readers to characters and fun worlds to get lost in with hot alpha males that make even Raylin swoon as she writes them. Marks stepped into the publishing world with her debut Reverse Harem series: Immortal Devotion. She moved from there into a different steamy genre and wrote Chase’s story in a stand-alone book titled: Needing Chase. After Chase, Raylin decided to finally let these “Billionaires” start having their voice. In July 2020, the first book in her Billionaires’ Club series was released: Dr. Mitchell. She’s excited to continue on through the lives of the rest of these men. Let’s hope her laptop can hang while she continues on her journey of writing and publishing.
Elle actually got on my nerves a lot this time around. Cole did too. He was much worse than Elle. His whole back and forth got old and then all of a sudden he’s on board. But just as fast as he’s on board, he’s back to being his usual “sunshine” self.
I was very much ready for the sex scenes but they all sounded the same. The overuse of the word “baby” was a bit too much. I also thought this book was a lot more cheesy than the first book. I’ll of course be ready for the next book because I actually think it has an interesting premise.
A good second book to this series... Four sexy as sin vampires and one more than human FMC. There's some romance, some sexy times, and a whole new twist on vampire lore.
Looking forward to seeing what happens next.
Spoilers below... . . . . . . . . . . . . . I knew something was up with that cat!
Also, now that we know who her daddy is and the story about that other witch, seems like they have enemies on two fronts.
The story continues where Elle and the Banner cousins were running away from Enzo, the vampire who is dead set on world domination and unfortunately holding Elle's mom captive. With the struggle of completing the bond and hiding her existence as a Life Blood, will they be strong enough to handle the biggest secret of Elle's identity?
This book is a bit fast paced read with a lot of steamy scenes than the previous one. Also, it focuses more on forming her bond/ relationship with her guys and finding out more of why Elle's blood has a different effect. Cole is proving to be a stubborn case though. I don't know whether to smack him or love him. I guess I'm having a case of love/ hate relationship with him now just like Elle.
I'd efinitely look forward to reading book 3 because I would like to see what will happen now with that twist near the ending of book 2.
First Bite takes the fun, sexy and adventurous read from the first book and then multiplies it by about a million. I couldn't put this down until I had finished it. Even though I wanted to punch Cole in the face numerous times, I also wanted Elle to just jump his bones. The three other Banner cousins were just delicious, protective, sweet and scary sexy. I kind of want all of them now, Elle is one lucky girl. Fantastic ending with some surprises. Anyway, simply put I loved it, great reverse harem writter here, Raylin Marks you are awesome.
Just when you thought this book was finished , oh no it totally has you gripping the pages and finding out it's not done yet... You have hot vampire a smoldering life blood mixed in with some heavy duty steam and some crazy adventures mixed with some mystery, has you reading a suspenseful and teeth grinding , amazing and awesome read , so come on in sit down and enjoy the bumpy ride , it will be one experience you will never forget, cannot wait to see what happens next , who knows, maybe book 4... I was very disappointed with the first book and the only reason I tried this book was because I liked the concept and since I have KU, I would not lose any money. I am glad I gave it a shot because it was much better than the first. Of course, there were still issues. The bonding problems with Cole took the majority of the book, which was ridiculous. However, when the true conflict occurred it was intriguing. Therefore, I will read the next book since it seems the author has been getting better with each one, and I hope that continues.
3.5 Stars. I have mixed emotions about this book. I had some from book one too. The characters are so hot and cold and wishy washy in the books that it drove me nuts. And to go from that to steamy dirty talking sex (and I love dirty talking sexcapades) just left things feels forced or rushed along and has me feeling some kind of way. A good effort for a new author i just think it could be refined some more...sorry The story isn't a bad one but it definitely jumps around and yeah, feels rushed.
OMG THE FEELS!!!!!!! This book holy cow the twist the turns my mind is still reading from finishing it an hour ago this book is crazy good. Did I mention the secrets and all of the sex scenes holy cow? This book is fangtastic (vampire pun). So many questions are answered and so many more surface by the end I can't wait to get my hands on book three. You never disappoint Raylin Marks I can't wait to see what Eliie and the boys get their selves into next.
There’s a whole lot of unnecessary things going on in this series. For instance we started off in college but it felt more like high school. Then we an alcoholic parent who is carrying the same genes as the FL. Now we read chapter after chapter after chapter about the FL/MLS having to fight the urge to bond but we continue to hear how important the 4 ML Vamps and her bond are. ATP WTH is really going on.
So her mom was taken & at the end of this book we found out who her dad used to be and how/why she was created.
There was a lot of back and forth and the last guy out of her 4 to finally give into the mate bond. This is frustrating it took almost the entire book the hot & cold it really bugged me!
There was then introduction of some bad witches that have been the puppet masters of all their lives.
Wow oh wow this book is amazing. You get to know the characters even more and fall madly in love with them. There's a little drama and action and you cant forget the fabulous romance scenes. This book will have you hooked from start to finish, I couldn't put it down and I recommend this book to everyone.
This book had my heart breaking almost the whole way through. The way Cole treated Elle was absolutely horrible. I caught myself crying for her a few times. This book revealed so many things about Elle and her bond with the guys. I can’t wait to see how the series progresses.
This is book 2 in a series. It starts right at the end of book 1 so be ready for it. The story is growing and so are the characters. Quick read but I kinda wish this was written put a bit longer. Some parts seemed rushed. Not knocking the story though cause I love this tale so far
This one's the best of the three, but that's not saying much. The last one is incredibly difficult to read because it needs to be edited, and has a whole lot of stupid crap that happens and makes no sense. it feels like the only reason some of it happened with so that she could link this to another series. Why you would link an RH to a YA, I have no idea.
I can honestly say that I am somewhat confused about what’s going on and how they seem not to care about anyone, especially Elle she seem to have forgotten about her mom and best friend but I am still hooked on this story so I’m off to read the next book in this series..
As each of their relationships form, their overall bond strengthens. This is definitely a different type of read. I thought the reverse harem angle might bother me, but it works in this series so far. Weirdly enough with it being such a big part of this book, it plays into the overall story without being all about the sex.
The majority of the book was just back and forth between cole and her and it was really tedious.. And there was a part that was a bit.. Like the guys consent didn't matter? Idk it made me a little uncomfortable especially because it felt a bit downplayed. Like it would be a different story if the genders were reversed because that was pretty r*pey. Will not be finishing the series.
So the second picks up right where we left off and does not disappoint. Cole really makes me want to throat punch him sometimes in this one but its still hot as hell. The Banner Cousins never disappoint. Can't wait to see what happens.
So incredibly hot and steam filled read! This is an unbelievable continuation to the series. First Bite as starts directly where Life Blood: book 1 ends. You experience the ups and down right along with Elle, becoming engrossed in the story.
I do not like pushy women that try to hard to atract men. That’s why the story turned out a little awful. I would kick a guy who makes me feel like crap and say Openly that he’s avoiding any contact with me
Oh my goodness, this book was better than the first one. I loved the Star wars reference, is was great! This story just keeps me going and I have a hard time stopping when I need too. Can't wait to read the next and last book.
This second book took me to a whole different world. Elle goes through so much and her men are there to make things better. You don’t want to miss this series.
